About these terms
This website, muddaa.com, is run by me, Muddashir Siddique (“Muddaa”, “I”, “me”), an individual based in the United Arab Emirates. These terms cover the site, the free guides and other resources, the community and calls booked here.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. You need to be 18 or over to use the forms, join the community or book a call.
The privacy policy explains how I handle your personal information. Questions? Email hello@muddaa.com.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and with respect. Please don’t try to break into, overload or disrupt it; don’t send spam, false details or someone else’s details through the forms; and don’t copy it in bulk with automated tools.
I may block access, or remove submissions, that break these rules.
Free resources
The free guides, prompt packs and templates are mine unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to use and adapt them for yourself and inside your own business.
Please don’t sell them, publish them elsewhere, pass the files around, or include them in your own product or course. To share one, share the link to its page.
Getting a resource doesn’t sign you up to anything. If you tick the box for email updates, you can unsubscribe at any time, and the resources stay unlocked.
Free resources are provided as they are. I update or retire them from time to time.
The community
The free community is a WhatsApp group. WhatsApp’s own terms apply there, as well as these rules.
Be respectful and helpful. No spam, and no unsolicited promotion of your products or services, in the group or in members’ direct messages. Don’t share other members’ numbers or personal details.
I may remove anyone who breaks these rules, and I may change or close the group at any time. Posts are the views of the people who write them, not mine.
Calls
Calls booked here are free, 30-minute video calls. Cal.com handles the booking, and your confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel. If you can’t make it, please use them, so someone else can take the slot.
Now and then I may need to move a call. If so, I’ll tell you as early as I can.
A call is a conversation, not professional advice. It doesn’t make me your adviser or start a client relationship. Any paid work would be agreed separately, in writing.
Paid courses and cohorts
There’s nothing to buy on this site yet. When I launch paid courses or cohorts, they’ll be sold through a third-party checkout, which has its own terms for the payment. You’ll see the price and what’s included before you pay.
A purchase gives you a personal licence to use the course. Please don’t share your access or the materials, or resell them.
Refunds
If a paid course or cohort isn’t right for you, email me within 14 days of buying it and I’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.
This comes on top of any rights you have under consumer law where you live. These terms don’t reduce them.
Content and ownership
Everything on this site, including the writing, guides, templates, videos and the Muddaa name and logo, belongs to me unless stated otherwise. My companies’ names and logos belong to those companies.
You’re welcome to link to any page, and to quote short extracts with credit and a link. For anything more, ask me first.
Not professional advice
What I share is general information about marketing, AI and building companies, based on my own experience. It isn’t legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and it isn’t tailored to you.
I’ve worked in crypto and fintech and may talk about them. Nothing I say is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Results depend on many things, and what worked for me may not work for you. Get advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that matter.
Other websites and platforms
The site links to other websites and platforms, including my companies (Gridwork, Momentem, Leila and Onshow), WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X. I don’t control them, and their own terms and policies apply.
Liability
I provide the site and the free resources as they are. I can’t promise they’ll always be available, error-free or right for your purpose.
As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, business or data, that come from using the site or its content. For anything you’ve paid me for, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow me to limit, such as for fraud, gross negligence or deliberate wrongdoing, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
I may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, which applies from that date. A purchase stays under the terms that applied when you made it.
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts will deal with any dispute.
If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer laws, and you may be able to bring a claim there.
